4. Wednesday: Guild Autumn Rally, 2 pm, Kirkmabreck. National Convenor speaking.
Thursday: No Prayer and Bible Study. Returns to the Manse 30th November.

5. Friday: Stewartry Presbytery Guild, ‘Big Sing’, 2 pm, Castle Douglas.
Thanksgiving Service for Kirkcowan Church repainting, 7 pm, Kirkcowan Parish Church.

6. Saturday: Messy Nativitree decorating 10 am – 1pm, Wigtown Library.
Day of Prayer for the Church of Scotland.

7. Next Sunday: Messy Life Services.

Evening Service,
7 pm, Wigtown Baptist Church.
8 pm, Flicker and Flame, A Quiet Collective by Candlelight. A fresh expression of Church at Wigtown Parish Church.

8. Tuesday 28th November: Choir Rehearsal, 7:30 pm, Kirkcowan Parish Church.

9. Saturday 10th February: Vocations Information day. Want to serve God in the Church of Scotland? It’s your call? Conforti Institute Coatbridge. Booking essential. To register contact the Ministries Council. Poster at the door.

10. Blythswood Care Shoebox Appeal: A total of 46 Christmas Shoeboxes, 4 Bags of additional gifts and a donation of £20 was collected and delivered to Blythswood Care on the 14th November. Thank you so much. CD in aid of Blythswood Care is available at the main door.

11. Prayer Points:
Pray for those who are struggling in body, mind, heart or soul. Pray that the peace of God which passes all understanding will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4:7).
Pray for all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness (1 Tim. 2:2).
Pray for the Machars Basics Bank. This week’s needs are: Long Life Milk, Sugar, Coffee and Tinned Ready Meals. Remember the Basics Bank Reverse Advent Calendar. Start putting your items in your box by 20th November. See poster for details. Thanks so much for your continuing support.
